Usage Instructions

1. Remove: Take the pad out of its individual pouch.
2. Attach: Peel off the backing paper and fix the pad firmly to the center of the panty.
3. Secure: Peel off the paper from the wings and secure them around the sides of the panty.
4. Change: Change every 4–6 hours for optimal hygiene.
5. Dispose: Wrap the used pad and dispose of it in a trash bin; do not flush.
